About RigFit
RigFit exists because finding suitable parking with a modified four-wheel drive, a lifted vehicle, a caravan, or a trailer is still far harder than it should be. Too often, drivers are left guessing whether a car park will fit, whether access will be practical, or whether they will need to keep circling until they find something usable.
It was built from that frustration. After too many real-world moments of not knowing where to park while travelling, four-wheel driving, or towing, RigFit was created as a practical tool for people who need more than a generic parking app can offer.
RigFit is not trying to be everything for everyone. It is built for people with modified four-wheel drives, lifted vehicles, caravans, trailers, ladder racks, and other real-world fit constraints. That includes recreational travellers and off-roaders, but also tradespeople who need to quickly understand where they can actually park when loading zones are not an option.
RigFit starts in Canberra because that is where it was born and where the first real parking coverage is being built. The long-term goal is broader coverage across metropolitan Australia, expanding city by city while keeping the same focus on practical fit, trust, and usefulness.
It is still early, and that is part of the point. RigFit will keep improving through real use, real feedback, and the needs of the people it is designed to help. If you have ideas, suggestions, or gaps you want solved, RigFit wants to hear them.
